We believe in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to use them consistently for at least 14 days before considering a return. Cancellation Policy
Order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in processing, and we may be unable to accommodate your request.
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind the quality and benefits of Caniviva products. To allow enough time to experience results, we ask that you first use your product for a minimum of 14 days.
If you remain unsatisfied, you may request a return after 14 days and within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We package our products with care to ensure they arrive safely. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that damaged outer packaging (e.g., dented boxes) where the product itself remains in good condition is not considered damage.
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing help@caniviva.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no cost to you.
We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order promptly; however, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
If issues arise with your delivery, please contact the courier directly.
Caniviva is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and we are not informed within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a refund or resend.
